Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC has added the Fairfield Inn & Suites New Orleans Downtown/French Quarter Area to its portfolio of managed hotels. The property is owned by Kemmons Wilson Hospitality Partners.
The hotel is housed in an architecturally historic building that was the former home of the Interstate Electric Company. The 103 recently renovated guestrooms and suites offer city views from floor-to-ceiling windows, a workstation and free high-speed WiFi. A complimentary hot buffet breakfast is offered each morning. Other amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, a guest laundry and a convenience store.

The hotel is located about 1.5 miles from the Morial Convention Center and close to the French Quarter. It is 15 miles from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and near the New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal – Amtrak.
