Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC has assumed management of the AC Hotel Seattle Downtown. The hotel opened less than a year ago and offers 200 guestrooms.

Hotel amenities include complimentary high-speed internet access, a fitness center, three multipurpose event rooms, breakfast at the AC Kitchen and cocktails and tapas at the AC Lounge.
The 11-story hotel was developed by Nexera Capital and is located near the University of Washington and Seattle University. It is 15 miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and less than two miles from Seattle cruise ports Pier 66 and Pier 91. Also nearby are the headquarters for Amazon, Meta and Google, as well as the Summit Convention Center, the Fred Hutch Cancer Center and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
