Coury Hospitality has expanded into two additional key East Coast markets. The company has assumed management of Plunge Beach Resort in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, FL, and the Residence Inn Alexandria Old Town South at Carlyle in Alexandria, VA. The hotels are owned by affiliates of T2 Hospitality.

Plunge Beach Resort is a 163-room boutique property that offers three distinct dining outlets, 5,900 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and event space and a collection of adults-only seaside bungalows.
The Residence Inn Alexandria Old Town South at Carlyle is an 181-suite extended-stay hotel with a lobby bar and a fitness center. The property is located one mile from Alexandria’s Historical District and five miles from the Potomac River waterfront.
