Coury Holdings has launched Concert Hospitality, a new hospitality management company for full- and select-service hotels from companies including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and more.

Concert Hospitality will operate independently alongside lifestyle management company Coury Hospitality. Concert Hospitality’s portfolio will start with four hotels across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Los Angeles and Columbus, OH. Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth Westlake is one of the properties.

Concert Hospitality will operate as an independent entity with its own dedicated resource team led by industry veteran Chris Charbonnet as regional VP, operations. He brings more than two decades of experience managing branded hotel portfolios including roles at Schulte Hospitality Group, Aimbridge Hospitality, MCR Hotels and Prism Hotels & Resorts. In his role with Concert Hospitality, Charbonnet will oversee strategic operations; collaborate with property teams to optimize performance; and uphold the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across its diverse portfolio.
