CoralTree Hospitality will manage hospitality operations at Tamarack Resort in Idaho, including restaurants, bars and residential resort rentals in The Village at Tamarack, as well as lodging, spa and golf operations at The Lodge at Osprey Meadows and marina operations on Lake Cascade.
“We are so excited to be a part of one of the newest alpine villages in North America,” said Tom Luersen, president, CoralTree Hospitality. “Tamarack offers a great year-round vacation experience from skiing and snowboarding on 2,000 acres of terrain in the winter to golf, mountain biking, ziplining, Lake Cascade and more in the summer. It’s one of America’s only true ski, golf and lake resorts. It’s a great destination in the Pacific Northwest and we look forward to being a part of the resort’s next chapter.”
The Village at Tamarack is located at the base of Tamarack Resort and comprises six buildings with a total of 47,000 sq. ft. of commercial space for guest services, resort operations, retail, restaurants and bars on the plaza level, along with lodging and luxury residences on the upper floors. The company will manage more than 120 ski-in, ski-out resort residences in The Village. Rentals range from 480-sq.-ft. studios to a 1,767-sq.-ft. penthouse suite.
CoralTree also will manage Tamarack’s five restaurants found throughout The Village, which includes a market for grab-and-go sundries, sandwiches and salads and The Reserve
A short walk from The Village at Tamarack is The Lodge at Osprey Meadows, where CoralTree will manage lodging, spa and golf operations. The Lodge includes a selection of fully equipped vacation rentals that range from studio to three-bedroom units. Many residences offer balconies with lake and mountain views. The Lodge also includes covered parking and gear storage.
The company will oversee management of Osprey Meadows Golf Course, which will debut in July. The Robert Trent Jones Jr. II-designed course features mountain, meadow and lake views and a new, 19th “Gambler’s Hole.”
The new marina on Lake Cascade will also be managed by CoralTree. The marina will include up to 200 boat rental slips along with dedicated spaces for personal watercraft, temporary boat mooring, on-water fuel, a rental and retail shop, additional marina parking, sand sports, a beach, parking for the Tamarack Mountain Bites food truck and a fleet of motorized and non-motorized watercraft. Approximately 70 slips, fuel stations, beach access, expanded parking, rental and retail, the food truck and sand sports area are slated to open this summer.
The company also will oversee operations, sales and catering for approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of event space at Tamarack’s Arling Center. The location offers both indoor and outdoor meeting space for groups, weddings and social functions for up to 200 people.
