CoralTree adds fourth Colorado property

CoralTree Hospitality has expanded its collection of hotels and resorts in Colorado with the addition of Hotel Columbia in Telluride. The company currently manages three properties in the state including Magnolia Hotel Denver, The Eddy Taproom & Hotel in Golden and The Hotel at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, which is scheduled to open in 2024.

The 21-room Hotel Columbia is located in downtown Telluride adjacent to the free gondola that provides access to Mountain Village and the ski resort. The property offers several room configurations, including 13 suites, COSMOpolitan restaurant and two hot tubs, as well as on-site ski storage with boot dryers.

“Our company’s roots go back to the development and management of The Gant in Aspen and, since then, we’ve managed several properties at seasonal mountain resorts,” said Tom Luersen, president, CoralTree Hospitality. “Telluride is a great destination for skiing and snowboarding in the winter and summers provide endless opportunities for adventure.”

The leadership team at CoralTree previously managed two other properties in the area including Mountain Lodge at Telluride and The Hotel Telluride.
