Concord names Marsha Ray EVP, operations

Hotel management and development company Concord Hospitality has appointed Marsha Ray as its new EVP, operations.

Ray brings more than three decades of hospitality experience to the company. Her background includes various hospitality sectors, including branded and independent hotels, luxury resorts, lifestyle accommodations, convention centers, city hubs and airport facilities. She has expertise in all operational aspects, from food and beverage management to front office preopenings, transitions, conversions and more, according to the company.

In her new role, she oversees the opening and expansion of the company’s newest full-service hotels and resorts across North America, while focusing on brand and owner relations, financial oversight and talent management.
