Crystal Thrasher takes new role at Concord Hospitality

Hotel development and management company Concord Hospitality has promoted Crystal Thrasher to the position of VP, HR services.

Over the course of her nine years with the company, she has made numerous meaningful enhancements to Concord’s HR discipline, implementing innovative processes to ensure compliance, training, and overall workflows are more efficient, according to the company. Her work has not only reduced costs but has enhanced the associate experience.
