Hotel development and management company Concord Hospitality has promoted Crystal Thrasher to the position of VP, HR services.

In her new role, she will uphold that commitment while leading and shaping onboarding processes for new teams during hotel openings and acquisitions, implementing compliance guidelines, fostering positive associate relations, promoting an inclusive workplace culture, facilitating learning and development initiatives, and maintaining an effective safety program.

Over the course of her nine years with the company, she has made numerous meaningful enhancements to Concord’s HR discipline, implementing innovative processes to ensure compliance, training, and overall workflows are more efficient, according to the company. Her work has not only reduced costs but has enhanced the associate experience.
