Colliers secures refinancing for EAST Miami Hotel

Colliers, a diversified professional services and investment management company, has revealed that its Hospitality Practice Group, as part of U.S. Capital Markets, closed on the refinancing of the EAST Miami Hotel, representing Trinity Investments and Certares Management.

The hotel, a 352-key urban resort, is located in Brickell, a business, entertainment and residential district in Miami. Directly connected to the billion-dollar Brickell City Center, the hotel offers guests access to an array of amenities. Its oversized guestrooms, suites, pool deck and restaurants and lounges are complemented by more than 500,000 sq. ft. of high-end retail, office tenants and additional entertainment options.
