Bradley Burwell joins Colliers’ Hospitality Practice Group

Colliers has hired Bradley Burwell as an EVP to join the firm’s Hospitality Practice Group as part of the U.S. Capital Markets division.

In his new role, Burwell will work alongside group leader Mark Owens. Burwell brings to Colliers more than $7 billion in transaction experience. During his career, Burwell has “cultivated deep investor relationships and has extensive knowledge of real estate economics and hotel investment sales,” according to Colliers.

“Brad’s experience, knowledge and cerebral approach to the business, combined with his international connections are an incredible addition to our rapidly expanding team,” said Owens. “In collaboration with our international colleagues, Brad will prove to be an invaluable member as we continue expanding our dedicated hospitality capital markets platform and serving our institutional clients at the highest level.”

Prior to joining Colliers, Burwell led CBRE’s New York hotels team and executed several transactions including the sale of the Park Lane Hotel in New York, the Windsor Court in New Orleans and the Four Seasons Vail in Colorado, among others.

Burwell was with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Hospitality & Leisure Advisory Services prior to CBRE, where he advised on myriad projects, including urban and resort hotels, vacation ownership projects, condominium hotels and other developments.
