Assa Abloy Global Solutions has signed an agreement to acquire Nomadix Inc. and GlobalReach in the U.S. and U.K.

Nomadix and GlobalReach operate as two separate entities under a central top management and ownership, and will be part of Global Solutions’ Hospitality business area.

The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close during the second quarter of 2024.
