ALHI Expands Global Footprint with Seven New Members

ORLANDO, FL—Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), which serves as the global sales force for more than 250 luxury independent hotels, has increased its domestic and international footprint with the addition of seven new hotels and brands.

“With prime locations in culturally diverse and vibrant cities, our new member hotels provide meeting and event planners with the opportunity to access new markets with an expanded selection of distinct and attractive offerings that are locally authentic,” said Mark Sergot, chief sales officer with ALHI. “Our collective continues to thrive by supporting and welcoming these exceptional, independent hotels and brands into our portfolio.”

These recent additions bring ALHI’s current portfolio to more than 250 hotels and resorts worldwide, including four hotels in the Netherlands, two hotels in Singapore, two hotels in Indonesia, 31 hotels in California, and 12 hotels in Texas.

Park Hotel Amsterdam — Amsterdam

The Park Hotel Amsterdam has 189 accommodations styled with contemporary interior design to give it an authentic Amsterdam air. The hotel is also equipped with an in-house parking garage, a 24-hour gym and more than 7,500 sq. ft. of indoor meeting space with free WiFi, top epicurean offerings and more.

The Apurva Kempinski Bali — Bali, Indonesia

Slated to open in this fall or winter, The Apurva Kempinski Baliis located in southern Bali. The five-star hotel has a collection of 475 rooms, suites and villas, 60% of which include a private plunge pool. The hotel also has more than 35,000 sq. ft. of meeting space with rooms that include natural light and views of the sea, a spa that offers indigenous spa treatments and one of the finest restaurants in Bali.

The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore — Republic of Singapore

Located in the cultural heart of Singapore, The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore has 157 rooms and suites, and offers 4,950 sq. ft. of indoor meeting space, including private dining rooms, ballrooms, and an open show kitchen and event salon. Other amenities include the city’s first saltwater relaxation pool and dining options inspired by the hotel’s European heritage and the city’s food culture.

Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows — Santa Monica, CA

The Fairmont Miramar Hotel Santa Monica sits atop the bluffs of Santa Monica Beach and has 302 guestrooms and suites and 32 secluded garden bungalows, designed to have low impact on the environment. Additional features of the hotel include more than 25,000 sq. ft. of meeting and conference space, a Mediterranean-inspired bistro featuring dishes made of locally sourced and organically grown in-season ingredients and the Exhale Mind Body Spa, a partnership with New York Exhale Mind Body Spa.

Paradise Point Resort & Spa — San Diego

Paradise Point Resort & Spa is set on a private 44-acre island in Mission Bay, minutes from the heart of downtown San Diego. The luxury hotel has 462 comfortable bungalow-style guestrooms and 80,000 sq. ft. of event space, including waterfront venues, lawn view meeting rooms and ballrooms. The property also has a spa, waterfront dining, five swimming pools, beach bonfire pits and a marina.

Fairmont Dallas Hotel — Dallas

The Fairmont Dallas has 545 luxury guestrooms with downtown city views. They are fully stocked with refreshments and healthy, organic options. The hotel also has more than 70,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.

Hotel Crescent Court — Dallas

The newly renovated Hotel Crescent Court has more than 226 guestrooms and suites, spa, fitness center, rooftop swimming pool, and fine dining and casual brunch options. With 17,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor meeting space, the hotel has boardrooms, ballrooms and everything in between.
