Adache Group Architects has completed the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina’s new two-story building addition on the 9.86-acre site located off the 17th St. causeway along the Intracoastal waterway in Ft. Lauderdale.
Encompassing 38,000 sq. ft., this innovative expansion boasts a distinctive design. Level-1 has been designed as an event building for meetings and events which is located on the East side with spectacular marina and Intracoastal Waterway views. Level-2 features a 9,500-sq.-ft. rooftop Mediterranean waterfront Restaurant, “Olive & Sea” which overlooks the waterfront with a scenic indoor bar.
