AD1 Global teams with EnviroSpark for EV charging

Georgia-based electric vehicle (EV) charging company EnviroSpark and hotel management company AD1 Global have signed agreements to install and maintain more than 50 network charging stations at 17 AD1 Global-managed hotels across Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Connecticut and Maine. The two companies will bring EV charging to a wide array of AD1 hotel brands—from Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn to Hyatt Place and Wyndham.

“This partnership is a significant step forward in our mission to make EV ownership more convenient and accessible for drivers,” said Aaron Luque, founder/CEO, EnviroSpark. “By teaming up with a powerhouse like AD1 Global, we’re catering to the evolving needs of environmentally conscious travelers who want easy charging options at hotels at all price points.”

As more drivers embrace EVs for their eco-friendly benefits and long-term cost savings, the need for accessible, convenient charging infrastructure has grown. But while more than half of U.S. hotels are planning and implementing carbon reduction initiatives, only 26.6% of hotels are building EV charging stations, according to a recent survey of 17,000 hotels.

“We’re partnering with EnviroSpark because we are dedicated to embracing innovation and sustainability in ways that benefit our guests, our communities and our planet,” said Daniel Berman, president, AD1 Global. “Our guests have asked for convenient, accessible EV charging options and EnviroSpark offers easy solutions to help us exceed our customers’ expectations.”
