Peachtree Hotel Management Forms Strategic Partnership with Zenique Hotels
Officials of Peachtree Hotel Group and Zenique Hotels have revealed that the two organizations have formed a strategic partnership. Under the terms of the agreement, Peachtree Hospitality Management (PHM), PHG’s operational division, will manage Zenique’s current portfolio of four hotels. The strategic partnership also makes PHM the operator of all Zenique’s future hotels as it continues to grow nationwide. Zenique’s current portfolio includes four hotels located throughout California.
Real Hospitality Group Assumes Management of All-Suite Hotel in Rehoboth Beach, DE
Real Hospitality Group (RHG) has assumed management of the newly built Residence Inn Rehoboth Beach, owned by Milton, DE-based Hudson Management. The hotel has 104 suites, each with a fully equipped kitchen. The property has a fitness center, a 24-hour market, a shared laundry room and grocery delivery service are available.
Aimbridge to Manage The Diplomat Beach Resort, Hollywood FL
Aimbridge Hospitality has revealed that it will manage The Diplomat Beach Resort, a 1,000-key Hollywood, FL property that recently underwent a $100-million renovation. The Diplomat has a 200,000-sq.-ft. convention center on the Atlantic Ocean. The property also has two pools, 25 poolside cabanas, children’s water play area, a spa and fitness center and a marina.
