Hotel Equities Reveals Opening of Dual-Branded Marriott in Indianapolis Keystone
Atlanta-based Hotel Equities has revealed the opening of the dual-branded Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites by Marriott in the Indianapolis Keystone area of Indiana. With a combined 180 guestrooms and suites, the hotel is owned by development and investment firm The Witness Group. Hotel Equities manages TWG’s portfolio of hotels following the recent consummation of the firm’s alliance with TWG last month. The Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites are near attractions like the Grand Park Sports Campus, Carmel Arts & Design District, the Indianapolis Zoo and Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
HVMG Opens Residence Inn by Marriott Waco/South in Texas
Hospitality Ventures Management Group, an Atlanta-based, private hotel investment, ownership and management company, has revealed the opening of 104-room Residence Inn by Marriott Waco/South in Texas. The hotel is owned by Ridgeland, MS-based Wealth Hospitality Group, a hospitality ownership/development/construction management company. The four-story hotel is near Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center and proximate to Baylor University and multiple corporate entities and situated within the Central Texas Market Place development.
Crescent Hotels & Resorts Opens Le Méridien St. Louis Clayton
Crescent Hotels & Resorts has opened the 268-room, Le Méridien St. Louis Clayton. Crescent, based in Fairfax, VA is a nationally recognized operator of major hotels and resorts throughout the United States and Canada. The hotel is located in the Clayton business district close to Forest Park, Washington University and downtown Saint Louis.
Vesta Hospitality to Manage Hilton Garden Inn Wilsonville Portland
Vesta Hospitality has been selected to manage the new Hilton Garden Inn Wilsonville Portland in Wilsonville, OR. The hotel will open later this month. The hotel has 118 rooms and is north of the Willamette River and close to Memorial Park and downtown Portland.
