Hotel Equities to Manage Adaptive-Reuse Home2 Suites by Hilton in Marietta, GA
Atlanta-based Hotel Equities has opened the Home2 Suites by Hilton-Marietta, GA. The 146-room, all-suite hotel offers 1,400 sq. ft. of meeting and event space. Owners at Marietta Hotel Investments LLC undertook a complete building restoration to actualize their vision for the new, custom hotel. Hotel Equities will operate the hotel.
Greenwood Hospitality to Manage Embassy Suites – Milwaukee Brookfield in Brookfield, WI
Greenwood Hospitality Group has been awarded the management contract for the Embassy Suites by Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield in Brookfield, WI. The 203-room hotel is currently the only Embassy Suites by Hilton in the state of Wisconsin. Each of the property’s two-room suites offers a private bedroom and a separate living room with a sofa bed. All suites feature a refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, coffeemaker, and free WiFi. The 1,200-sq.-ft. luxury suites feature a Whirlpool tub, conference table for eight, oversized wet bar and three HDTVs.
Olympia Hotel Management to Operate the Hyatt Place Harrisonburg
Developer Harman Realty Inc. of Harrisonburg, VA, has chosen Olympia Hotel Management (OHM) to manage the new Hyatt Place Harrisonburg. The hotel broke ground on Aug. 2 and is expected to open in September 2020. The general contractor is Harman Construction Inc.
Hyatt Place Harrisonburg is located near Harrisonburg Crossing, the JMU campus and the new convocation center. The hotel will have 120 guestrooms, 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and a rooftop bar.
Davidson Hotels & Resorts to Manage The Westin Indianapolis
Davidson Hotels & Resorts has been appointed to manage The Westin Indianapolis, the 575-room hotel in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Adjacent and connected via skywalk to the Indiana Convention Center, the 15-story property is close to shopping, dining and entertainment hubs, including Lucas Oil Stadium. Under the management of Davidson Hotels & Resorts’ project development team, The Westin Indianapolis will undergo a renovation to its guestrooms, public spaces and dining venues. The property will remain a Westin Hotels & Resorts-branded hotel. The Westin Indianapolis currently houses 39,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space and provides access to an additional 750,000 sq. ft. of space in the adjoining Indiana Convention Center.
Crestline Hotels & Resorts to Manage the Residence Inn Tampa North/I-75 Fletcher
Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC has been appointed to manage of the 78-suite Residence Inn Tampa North/I-75 Fletcher in Tampa, FL. The recently renovated hotel is located close to the University of South Florida, Tampa International Airport, Florida Hospital Center and the Moffitt Cancer Center. The Residence Inn Tampa North/I-75-Fletcher offers studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites. The property has an outdoor pool and spa, 24-hour fitness center and an outdoor sport court.
