Waterford Hotel Group has assumed management of the dual-branded Aloft Arundel Mills BWI Airport and Element Arundel Mills BWI Airport, located in Hanover, MD, near Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. This marks Waterford’s first entry into the Baltimore market.
The two Marriott-branded properties are also near Arundel Mills Mall, Maryland Live! Casino, and Fort Meade. The Aloft hotel features loft-style guestrooms, the W XYZ bar with live music, the grab-and-go Re:fuel by Aloft snack bar, a fitness cente, and approximately 540 sq. ft. of flexible event space. The Element property offers apartment-style accommodations with fully equipped kitchenettes, spa-inspired bathrooms, complimentary daily Rise breakfast, an indoor saline pool, a 24-hour fitness center, pet-friendly options and eco-conscious design features focused on sustainability.
