Wason Associates Hospitality Real Estate Brokerage Group has arranged the sale of Stonehurst Manor in North Conway, NH.
The property is a 19th-century hotel that features wood-burning fireplaces, whirlpool baths and mountain views. There are 16 rooms in the manor, and additional suites and vacation condos. In addition to these spaces, there is a library lounge, pool and the Wild Rose restaurant. The property also features an event venue.
