Hotels in Texas and Pennsylvania are under new management.
Remington now managing Texas Springhill Suites
Remington Hotels has assumed management of the SpringHill Suites Austin West/Lakeway (shown above) in Lakeway, TX.
The property, owned by TCOR Hotel Partners, opened in August 2020 with 88 suites equipped with SpringHill Suites’ custom, three-in-one West Elm sofas, which convert for additional sleeping space, and West Elm Swivel Chairs. Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, boardroom and grab-and-go market.
Located near Texas Hill Country the hotel is close to attractions such as Lake Travis and the Hill Country Galleria, as well as Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
Dellisart adds Candlewood Suites Williamsport
Dellisart LLC has added the three-story Candlewood Suites Williamsport in Williamsport, PA, to its portfolio of hotels under management.
Situated on the banks of the Susquehanna River, the property is owned by KJ Singh and contains 100 suites. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, free laundry facilities and an outdoor grilling area.
The hotel is near the headquarters of Kellogg’s, Shop-Vac, CLC, Siemens, Textron and FedEx, as well as Pennsylvania College of Technology and Lycoming College. Nearby attractions include the Peter J. McGovern Little League Museum, Knoebel’s Amusement Park, Clyde Peeling’s Reptile Land and Woolrich Outlets.
