Hospitality management firm TPG Hotels & Resorts has added the Sheraton McKinney Hotel in McKinney, TX, to its managed portfolio. LXMI Capital recently acquired the property.
The 187-room hotel features an outdoor pool, a fitness center, more than 16,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and an 82-seat restaurant, The Sweetwater Bar & Grill.

The property is located in the Dallas-Fort Worth market near TPG’s new headquarters. Nearby North Dallas corporations include Emerson Process Management and the Collin County Higher Education and Administration Center. Nearby attractions include Toyota Stadium, Z-plex, historic museums and the original city square. The $200-million Sunset Amphitheater adjacent to the property is set to open in 2026.
