TMGOC Ventures, in partnership with Willow Street Capital, has opened the newly constructed Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Jacksonville Airport. The hotel marks the firm’s first ground-up development with the Extended Stay America Premier Suites brand and expands the company’/s presence in Florida’s high-growth markets.

The hotel features 124 suites, each equipped with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full-size refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. Amenities include free WiFi, complimentary healthy breakfast, premium cable, a 24-hour fitness room, on-site guest laundry and a lobby with additional vending options.
The Jacksonville Airport property is the 19th hotel in TMGOC’s national portfolio.

The hotel is managed by Lexima Lodging, and the general contractor was Integrated Construction.
