The Perry Hotel Naples, a 160-room boutique hotel in North Naples, FL, has opened.
“We are thrilled to open The Perry Hotel Naples and welcome our first guests to experience our vision of elegance and hospitality,” said Michael Raymond, president, The Perry Hotel Naples. “Our team is dedicated to providing unparalleled service for each guest, ensuring the hotel becomes a standout destination on the Gulf Coast.”
Located along the Cocohatchee River and designed by Casa Conde, the hotel incorporates local architecture and landscape elements. Concrete floors, exposed conduits and steel structural accents pay homage to its industrial roots, while anchors and natural wood textures provide a nod to the area’s nautical charm.
“We have long been excited about bringing this project to the Naples area, and now, as we open our doors, we couldn’t be happier to welcome the local community and guests from near and far to our new ‘Perry-dise.'” said Matthew Strunk, GM, The Perry Hotel Naples. “Every detail of the hotel has been thoughtfully designed, and our passionate team is committed to delivering memorable experiences that celebrate the beauty and spirit of Naples.”
The hotel’s lobby features a solid black wood bench by Etiqueta Negra, an art piece titled Florida Keys by U.K.-based artist Nadia Attura, a Stephen Kenn sofa from the Inheritance Collection and custom-designed oak coffee tables and Tito side tables with black stain, crafted by Labrica.
Guestrooms include custom porcelain tile flooring and wardrobes crafted from solid Santa Maria wood by Labrica, as well a desk chairs, coffee tables, nightstands and lounge chairs from Labrica.
The property also offers a rooftop restaurant experience curated by celebrity chef Dale Talde and an adjacent cocktail lounge, a resort-style pool and pool bar and another bar just off the lobby.
“I’m thrilled to bring a fresh dining concept to Florida that blends my love of Cantonese cuisine with the drama of a classic steakhouse,” explained Talde. “We’re not just serving incredible cuts of meat; we’re creating a culinary journey that celebrates bold flavors and innovative cocktails. This concept is all about pushing boundaries and giving diners something they’ve never experienced before.”
The hotel also offers direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and guided kayak excursions, sunset cruises, fishing trips and private beach charters through a partnership with All Water Excursions.
