The Hotel Group adds two Seattle hotels

The Hotel Group, a national hotel management, investment and development company and affiliate of Hotel Equities, has grown its Pacific Northwest hotel management portfolio with the addition of two Hyatt-branded hotels in downtown Seattle, Hyatt House Seattle Downtown Hotel and Hyatt Place Seattle Downtown Hotel.

The Hyatt House Seattle Downtown Hotel is located across the street from the Seattle Center, home of the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, the Museum of Pop Culture and several other Seattle attractions. It offers seating areas and in-room kitchen amenities, as well as rooftop open-air space. Additional amenities include complimentary daily hot breakfast, a fitness center, a business center, H market and H Bar.

The Hyatt Place Seattle Downtown Hotel, located three blocks from the Seattle Center, features a complimentary breakfast bar, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a boardroom and meeting space. Guestrooms include a seating area with a 42-in., flat-screen TV, refrigerator and sofa bed.

The hotels have a combined key count of 332 guestrooms.
