The Crescent Hotel, Fort Worth to open later this summer

The Crescent Hotel, Fort Worth is set to debut later this summer as the first luxury property in the city’s Cultural District. It is the newest project in Crescent Real Estate’s portfolio.

Inspired by Fort Worth’s surrounding museums and historic neighborhoods, the hotel is part of a larger mixed-use project—The Crescent, Fort Worth—which also includes a 170,000-sq.-ft. Class AA office building and 167 luxury apartments.

“Rising at the cultural crossroads of a vibrant downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods, The Crescent Hotel will deliver a local experience,” said John Goff, chairman, Crescent Real Estate. “From thoughtful on-property programming and culinary experiences and partnerships with renowned local museums and attractions to a curated art program inspired by international as well as local artists, the hotel experience will serve as Fort Worth’s living room—an extension of the inspired surrounding areas.”

Located close to The Modern Art Museum, Dickies Arena and the Kimbell Art Museum, the five-story hotel was designed by OZ Architecture, with interiors designed by Rottet Studio.

The property will feature 200 guestrooms including 12 luxury suites. Amenities will include four F&B outlets, including a rooftop bar and more than 14,000 sq. ft. of special event space across 10 venues, featuring a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces.

The Canyon Ranch Wellness Club, which will open in October will include a fitness center and spa.
