TravelClick Unveils Revamped Rate360 Platform

TravelClick has unveiled the newest version of its hotel rate-shopping product, Rate360.

New Rate360 features include the following: a shop now function, in which rates are updated in real time with a click of a button; an interactive interface that guides customers to key insights and important data;
meta shopping, which gives a full view of rate parity across sources;
and side by side rate and demand data, in which Demand360 enables hoteliers to see future rates and occupancy data side by side for a complete market picture.

SkyTouch Integrates with Choice Hotels’ New Global Reservation System
SkyTouch Technology, the company that powers ChoiceAdvantage, the property management system (PMS) used by more than 6,000 Choice Hotels properties, has integrated with ChoiceEdge, Choice Hotels’ new cloud-based global reservation system (GRS).

As a distribution engine, the ChoiceEdge platform works as a central hub for reservations, delivering information into the ChoiceAdvantage system in near real-time, while also sending changes to availability and inventory. The platform processes reservations from multiple channels including website, mobile apps and third-party distribution partners.

“The integration of ChoiceAdvantage with ChoiceEdge enables us to meet the growing volume and velocity of the digital demand our industry is experiencing, and the flexibility to adapt to the changing technology needs of guests and franchisees,” said Brian Kirkland, VP of engineering at Choice Hotels.

SpaSoft Reveals Latest Version of Spa & Activity Management Solution

Springer‐Miller Systems (SMS) has revealed the general availability of the latest release of the SpaSoft Spa and Activity Management Solution.

SpaSoft version 6.5 leverages a new technology and development platform to enhance the overall system performance as well as allow for a faster and improved user experience. These technology updates allow SpaSoft to continue to scale and grow: performance and user experience enhancements; advanced reporting engine; customizable dashboard landing page; enhanced scheduling and booking of group classes; and additional integration to casino systems.

Pegasus Solutions Debuts Analytics Solution
