Remington Hotels, a dynamic and growing hotel management company, in partnership with sister company Premier, an end-to-end hospitality design, procurement and project management company, have completed the renovations at the Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley. Remington will continue to operate the property, following Premier’s completion of the full-scale renovations to the guestrooms. The two hospitality leaders have elevated the hotel with modern designs and service that are characteristic of the respective firms.
Centrally located between the heart of Silicon Valley and Napa Valley, the newly renovated Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley includes redesigned guestrooms and more than 15,000 sq. ft. of corporate meeting spaces. The property is the largest full-service Marriott in the area, according to the company, and is located less than two miles away from the Tesla headquarters and other top corporate companies in the Fremont area including LAM Research, Stryker Medical, Seagate Corp. and Thermo Fisher. The hotel’s large meeting spaces are suited for professional and social events, while also providing luxury amenities such as an indoor pool, fitness center and high-end dining options. With more than 350 guestrooms, the property is also the hotel of choice for large groups such as NFL and college football teams and foreign tour groups.

The team at Premier partnered with Remington Hotels to reposition the hotel in the Fremont market with a wholly enhanced product offering. Transforming the property’s guestrooms elevated the hotel to match the surrounding area’s rising economy and growing community. Premier drew inspiration from the city’s cultural hub whose modern influences are reflected in the hotel’s architectural furnishing, unique patterns and bright polished chrome accents. A custom mural headboard showcasing mathematical equations and drawing inspiration from the area’s innovative businesses serves as a statement piece in the guestrooms.
