Structure Hospitality has added the historic Hampton Inn & Suites Ogden to its third-party management portfolio. The 124-room hotel is located in the center of downtown Ogden and connects directly to the David Eccles Conference Center.
The acquisition came through an ownership group that already had a property managed by Structure Hospitality.
“When you deliver at a high level and operate with consistency, trust follows,” said Amer Salman, founder/president, Structure Hospitality. “We were looking for the right deal when this one came forward. I want to thank Omnia Commercial Real Estate for presenting the opportunity. Structure led the process for our ownership group from start to finish, secured the financing, and worked with Hilton to extend the franchise agreement.”
The hotel is scheduled for a full renovation. Guestrooms, public areas and shared spaces will be upgraded to elevate the guest experience and position the property for long-term performance.
Salman added, “It’s good to be in Ogden. We look forward to taking this hotel to the next level and being part of the community.”
