Staypineapple Hotels has promoted Beth Anne King to VP of operations. She will continue serving in her current role as GM of Staypineapple Chicago while taking on her expanded companywide operational leadership responsibilities.
King will join the senior leadership team and oversee operational strategy and performance across Staypineapple’s growing portfolio.
“Beth Anne has consistently demonstrated the kind of leadership that defines Staypineapple,” said Dina Belon, president, Staypineapple. “She leads with heart, accountability and a deep commitment to both our team members and our guest experience. Her strategic mindset, operational expertise and ability to inspire teams make her an incredible asset to our company, and we are thrilled to see her step into this role.”
With more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience, King began her career at Vandervert Developments & Hotels in Spokane, WA, serving as GM and overseeing multiple properties, as well as leading hotel openings and large-scale renovations.
Since joining Staypineapple in 2019, King has consistently driven operational improvements and strengthened hotel performance across the portfolio, first as GM of Hotel Rose and then in her current role at Staypineapple Chicago.
In 2024, King was promoted to regional director, operations, helping lead strategic operational initiatives across the company, including advancing Staypineapple’s hyperpersonalization efforts. Most recently, she expanded her oversight to all Staypineapple hotels while continuing to manage Staypineapple Chicago.
“Staypineapple has always been a company that encourages innovation, individuality and genuine hospitality, which makes this opportunity especially meaningful to me,” said King. “I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together and grateful for the talented teams across our hotels who make memorable guest experiences possible every day. I’m excited to continue building on that momentum as we grow and evolve the Staypineapple guest experience.”
