Apartment-style hotel brand stayAPT Suites has broken ground on eight new locations in Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina as part of its mission to build an extensive portfolio of corporate-financed and franchised locations across the U.S.
The brand, which launched in 2020, has already opened five hotels across the southern U.S. region. It will open another five hotels this fall, has an additional eight locations currently under construction and 15+ sites in development. The brand expects to have 25+ stayAPT Suites hotels open by the end of 2022.

The North Carolina-based hotel chain offers an apartment-style hotel experience that features a signature layout with a full-size kitchen, a dedicated living room and separate bedroom.
