Starwood Capital JV sells dual-branded Nashville property to Host Hotels

Starwood Capital Group, Crescent Real Estate LLC and High Street Real Estate Partners have revealed that controlled affiliates have completed the sale of the dual-branded 1 Hotel Nashville and Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown to Host Hotels & Resorts. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Opened in 2022, the dual-branded 1 Hotel and Embassy Suites consists of an 18-story 1 Hotel and a 30-story Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel tower. The development totals 721 rooms with more than 26,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and features amenities such as the 1 Hotel’s holistic spa and rooftop bar and event deck area, and the Embassy Suites’ rooftop swimming pool, bar and event space.

Located across from Nashville’s Music City Center, the site is a block from Bridgestone Arena.
