SpringHill Suites Dayton Vandalia completes multimillion-dollar renovation

SpringHill Suites Dayton Vandalia, owned by Witness Investments and managed by Ivy Hospitality, has completed a comprehensive multimillion-dollar renovation. The transformation updated every part of the 91-suite hotel located in Dayton, OH, including guest suites, the lobby, corridors, meeting room, fitness center and indoor pool

According to Amanda Deeter, the hotel’s GM, the renovation reflects a strategic investment in guest satisfaction. “We’ve reimagined our spaces to blend comfort, functionality and style, ensuring that travelers feel relaxed and inspired from the moment they arrive,” she said.

Upon arrival, guests are now greeted by a brighter, contemporary lobby featuring curated artwork and a refreshed bar. The complimentary breakfast buffet is served daily in the updated dining area. For business and events, the hotel offers a meeting space for up to 12 attendees. Signature amenities include the indoor heated pool and 24-hour market.

Each of the studio suites has been fully modernized with new carpeting, wallcoverings and updated furnishings, along with trundle-style sleeper sofas, and includes a 55-in. HDTV with streaming capabilities, free WiFi, microwave, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and ergonomic workspace.

Located near the intersection of I-75 and I-70 and just 10 minutes from the Dayton International Airport, the hotel is 12 minutes from downtown Dayton and close to Dayton Dragons Stadium, Dayton Convention Center and Dayton Art Museum.
