Hospitality management company Springboard Hospitality has added Hotel Erwin in Los Angeles to its portfolio of 47 independent and branded properties across 13 states in the U.S. Located on the Venice Beach Boardwalk, the 119-room hotel has been family-owned for more than 50 years.

F&B outlets include High Rooftop Lounge, Venice Way Pizza and Erwin’s General Store. The hotel also offers single and double classic king and queen-bed rooms, as well one- and two-bedroom, apartment-style suites with separate living and dining areas.
Located across from the Pacific Ocean, the hotel borders Muscle Beach, Windward Avenue, the Venice Canals and Abbot Kinney Boulevard, where noteworthy brands Farm Rio, Aviator Nation and Scotch & Soda reside.
