Sonesta International Hotels Corporation has introduced Americas Best Value Studios by Sonesta, an extended-stay extension of the company’s most franchised brand, Americas Best Value Inn (ABVI). This new brand type within the ABVI portfolio is designed to meet the demand for value-driven, longer-term accommodations.
The new brand aims to provide guests with comfort and convenience at an accessible price point, aligning with the core values of the existing ABVI brand, according to the company. Each Studio suite will feature a kitchenette, equipped with an apartment-sized refrigerator, stove top, microwave and sink.
The operational model for these properties will include a front desk presence, biweekly housekeeping services and mandatory on-site laundry facilities. The properties will also include morning coffee service and vending options, with an optional lobby market available. Pet-friendly accommodations will be a required feature across all locations.
