Recent openings in the U.S. include two Hilton-branded hotels in major cities in Pennsylvania, a Tribute Portfolio property in Memphis and two Red Roof locations in Texas.

Motto by Hilton Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square
Hilton, in partnership with Cafritz Interests, Parkway Corporation and Modus Hotels, has opened the Motto by Hilton Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square, a 252-room property located in the heart of Center City Philly.

The property, part of Hilton’s lifestyle portfolio, is the brand’s second hotel, following the launch of a Washington, DC location, also in partnership with Modus Hotels, in the summer of 2020.

Its 234 travel-sized rooms and 18 larger studio rooms offer 50-in. flat screens, high ceilings and loft-style windows with city views. Smart room technology allows guests to stream favorite shows, control the room climate and adjust lighting. The hotel also features three F&B outlets, including El Techo rooftop taqueria.

The Industrialist Hotel, Autograph Collection
The Industrialist Hotel, Autograph Collection has opened in Pittsburgh’s Central Business District. The 124-room hotel, owned by HRI Properties LLC and managed by HRI Lodging LLC, is housed within the 18-story landmark Arrott building.

The hotel, inspired by Pittsburgh’s resilient history as a steel capital, was restored and renovated by Desmone Architects and designed by Stonehill Taylor, and features a lobby bar; a social lounge with fireplace and communal seating; more than 1,200 sq. ft. of multi-purpose event space; and The Rebel Room signature restaurant.

Rooms are equipped with free WiFi; TV streaming capabilities; pet-friendly amenities upon request; and access to the 1,000-sq.-ft. fitness center and services such as limousine and car rental options, grocery shopping concierge, dry cleaning and valet parking.

The Memphian, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Developed by LPI Memphis in conjunction with MMI Hotel Group and LRC2 Properties, the hotel has 106 guestrooms, including nine suites, a 24-hour exercise studio, a curated retail experience and rooftop event space.

The hotel also has two food and beverage concepts. The lobby-level eatery designed by Dryden Studio, Complicated Pilgrim, serves daily breakfast and dinner and houses a full-service coffee-to-cocktail bar. The Tiger and Peacock, a rooftop bar designed by GCD Interiors, offers views of Midtown Memphis.
