Hunter Hotel Advisors has arranged the sale of the Staybridge Suites Tysons-McLean. SAK Developers acquired the five-story property for an undisclosed price.
Situated in downtown McLean, the hotel has 142 extended-stay keys and is close to Tysons Corner, which hosts numerous corporate demand generators and major government agencies. Amenities include a 24/7 fitness center, 360 sq. ft. of meeting space, outdoor space and laundry service.
