RobertDouglas promotes Patrick Tan to SVP

Lodging investment banking firm RobertDouglas has promoted Patrick Tan to the role of SVP.

Tan, who is based in the Los Angeles office, advises clients in the sale, financing and joint-venture capitalization of hotel properties and portfolios throughout North America. Notable transactions he executed include the investment sales of the AC Hotel in Louisville; the predevelopment bridge financing of a project in Woodland Hills, CA; and the portfolio financing for Gravity Haus.

Prior to joining RobertDouglas, Tan worked at a private equity and debt investment firm that primarily invests in the branded restaurant industry, focusing on franchisors & franchisees, independent chains, companies serving the restaurant end-markets and related real estate opportunities.
