Vision Hospitality Group has appointed Rich Chism as its new EVP, development, investments and finance. In this role, he will provide strategic direction and leadership, driving the growth and effective asset management of Vision’s expanding portfolio, according to the company.
Before joining Vision Hospitality Group, Chism served for 15 years as VP, development and asset management at Innisfree Hotels. During his time with Innisfree, he impacted the company’s growth, overseeing the development of 10 beachfront hotels and acquiring and renovating several other beach-oriented hotels.
At Innisfree, Chism showcased commitment to social responsibility by fulfilling the company’s triple-bottom-line pledge – focusing on People, Planet, and Prosperity, spearheading the company’s dedication to community development of the Dixon School of Arts and Sciences. He also led a hospitality-focused leadership training initiative for Innisfree’s emerging leaders.
