Replay Destinations to develop luxury hotel in Healdsburg, CA

Replay Destinations has plans to develop a 53-room luxury hotel in downtown Healdsburg, CA.

The new property will be located in Mill District, a 10-acre site of a former lumber mile redeveloped by Replay. In addition to the hotel, the location will feature residences by architects such as Olson Kundig, an array of owner amenities including a pool and fitness center, retail and a neighborhood park framed by a preserved grove of heritage redwood trees.

The hotel will feature a spa and wellness center, an outdoor pool and spa deck, a destination restaurant and bar and a wine program.

Replay will retain ownership of the hotel. Paul Jorgensen, president/CEO, Replay Destinations, said, “The Hotel at Mill District will be the gateway to Healdsburg, one of the most charming towns in the country with some of the best restaurants. Being immersed in the culture and community of Healdsburg has been a fundamental tenet since the inception of Mill District seven years ago. We will remain a partner and owner to ensure an unparalleled hotel experience for locals, future guests, and our future homeowners.”

Replay has also entered into two key relationships. The company has retained Greg Champion, who previously served as the president of Noble House Hotels and the president/COO of Benchmark Hospitality International. The company has also partnered with Mayacama, a private club located about 12 miles from downtown Healdsburg.

Dunnigan Sprinkle Architects is the planned architect of the hotel, which is currently in the design review process with the City of Healdsburg. Construction is expected to commence in spring 2025.
