Remington Hospitality has opened ONE|GT, a newly developed lifestyle luxury hotel in Grand Cayman. Located in George Town, the hotel represents a new urban hospitality offering within the Caribbean market and is the island’s only member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) Collection.
Developed by ONE|GT Hospitality Limited, the property features 97 condo-style hotel suites and three dining options, including Perle, a French–Mediterranean restaurant; Café Bellini, an Italian-inspired café and bakery, and Byū, the island’s first rooftop restaurant and bar with an infinity-edge pool, offering Asian fusion cuisine. Additional amenities include the third-floor Oasis Pool, fitness center, wellness activities and indoor and outdoor event spaces.
