Remington adds Corpus Christi Holiday Inn to portfolio

Remington Hospitality has assumed management of the rebranded and newly renovated Holiday Inn Corpus Christi Airport & Conference Center in Corpus Christi, TX. This venture signifies the company’s inaugural partnership with Domus Holdings LLC and its debut in the market.

“We’re honored to have been selected to spearhead this impactful brand refresh and renovation from the ground up,” said Stephanie Bauer Ribbs, divisional VP, operations, Remington Hospitality. “Our team is thrilled to oversee the operation of this hotel, which is poised to become a premier destination for group meetings, events and travelers, further enhancing the region’s burgeoning business landscape.”

Originally built in 1981 as a Holiday Inn, the property underwent a transformation into the Corpus Christi Atrium Hotel. Now, as a Holiday Inn, the hotel features 6,800 sq. ft. of versatile meeting space, 236 guestrooms and an on-site bar and restaurant.

“Bringing this incredible asset back to strength for the Corpus Christi community has been an exciting opportunity,” said Jared Remington, managing partner, Code RE Partners. “We’re proud to reintroduce the new and elevated Holiday Inn brand to Corpus Christi, centrally located near the city’s revamped port, providing a space for business to thrive and grow within the local community.”
