Hotel operations software provider Quore has revealed the upcoming retirement of COO David Fox, one of the company’s original team members, after more than a decade of service. Industry veteran Vail Ross will be joining the company as VP, business development.
Since joining in 2014, Fox has played a foundational role in shaping Quore’s growth, customer relationships and service philosophy, according to the company. He was instrumental in developing Quore’s early sales strategy and cultivating relationships with the world’s largest hotel brands.
“David’s impact on Quore is immeasurable,” said Scott Schaedle, CEO/founder, Quore. “From our earliest days, he championed our customers and helped build a culture of hospitality that will continue long after his retirement.”
Fox added, “It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m grateful for every moment along the way. I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible people, helping Quore grow from a relative unknown to the market leader. I couldn’t be prouder of the company and culture we’ve built. As my time at Quore winds down, I’m excited to pass the baton to Vail Ross, who’s the perfect person to continue to build on our momentum.”
Ross’ new role will carry forward many of Fox’s responsibilities while also shaping the next chapter of Quore’s growth. She brings more than two decades of experience in travel and hospitality technology, with STR, a CoStar Group company, as the SVP, global business development & marketing, and most recently as managing director at 2Synergize, where she oversaw business development, marketing and strategic partnerships.

“I’m honored to build on the incredible foundation David has laid and to help lead Quore into its next chapter,” said Ross. “David’s leadership positioned Quore as a trusted partner in hotel operations, and I’m excited to continue that legacy while deepening our relationships, expanding our reach and driving meaningful growth for the future.”
Quore also revealed that Londa Morgan, chief of staff, will take on additional responsibilities as VP, operations. She brings a deep understanding of hospitality from multiple vantage points, including construction, consulting, data and technology. She served as chief of staff at STR, bringing industry experience and strategic leadership to Quore. In her expanded role, she will continue to align Quore’s people and business strategies while helping scale operational excellence across the organization.
