Peregrine Hospitality has named Jason Druso to the newly created position of SVP, operations, boutique & lifestyle.

Druso will lead strategic initiatives to enhance hotel performance with direct oversight of a portfolio of boutique and lifestyle properties, including the Paso Robles Inn, The Piccolo, Vespera Resort on Pismo Beach, Shore Cliff Hotel, Pismo Lighthouse Suites and Avila Lighthouse Suites. Looking ahead, most immediately Druso will direct the overhaul of food and beverage at The Paso Robles Inn and select properties, rebranding Avila Lighthouse Suites and property upgrades to Pismo Light House Suites and Shore Cliff Hotel.
Prior to his new role, he served as VP, F&B and VP, restaurants at White Lodging, leading concept development, restaurant design, brand strategy and operations across a diverse portfolio. Previously, he held leadership roles as hotel GM at Winegardner & Hammons and restaurant GM at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment.
