Hotel Carmichael Chooses HIS
Hotel Internet Services (HIS) has been selected by Hotel Carmichael, Autograph Collection to provide its guests with the latest in in-room entertainment and virtual assistant technology with the implementation of BeyondTV alongside advanced WiFi capabilities. The newly built boutique hotel in Carmel, IN, will be able to provide instant content casting and voice control abilities, along with a seamless WiFi connection for guest devices throughout the hotel.    

By opting to implement BeyondTV along with its integration with Amazon’s Alexa and Volara, the property will be capable of providing guests with an instant ability to locate hotel information or make service requests using voice commands and without having to come into direct contact with personnel. BeyondTV’s voice abilities also extend to providing complete control over guestroom television functions without the need for a remote control.

With HIS additionally implementing a state-of-the-art WiFi network at Hotel Carmichael, guests will also be assured of their ability to connect multiple devices and still receive a fast internet connection. This was achieved by strategically placing advanced Ruckus access points throughout the property, ensuring a strong and consistent signal within all on-site areas.

Ibis Styles Bucharest City Center Hotel Adds Assa Abbloy RFID Locks
Assa Abloy Global Solutions has implemented its VingCard Signature RFID door locks alongside the Visionline access management system at the Ibis Styles Bucharest City Center. A recently constructed property, the hotel selected VingCard Signature RFID and Visionline to ensure that guest and staff safety is ensured using the latest security protocol standards. With Signature RFID’s future-proof Mobile Access compatibility, property leadership can also upgrade their guest services to offer contactless check-in and digital-key room access without the need for hardware replacement.

With the adoption of VingCard Signature RFID and its advanced data encryption abilities, guests of the hotel can be assured that only authorized individuals are able to gain room access. This includes Signature RFID’s anti-keycard cloning functionality that prevents unauthorized keycard duplicates from being created. With the additional implementation of Visionline, the hotel is further able to maximize security using the platform’s integration with Signature RFID to offer real-time security alerts for each lock. 

Maestro PMS Helps Keep Hotel Staff Safe Via Guest Digitalization Strategy
Safety and security are top of mind for hotel operators as they strive to protect their staff amid today’s challenging and ever-changing travel landscape. Maestro PMS is enabling guests to self-serve from their phone, tablet or desktop, and this digitalization of the stay experience is helping hoteliers prioritize their workers’ health.

ProfitSword has partnered with Cote Family Destinations via the implementation of ProfitSage and ProfitPace. A family-owned resort and summer camp management company with multiple locations throughout Minnesota and Arizona, Cote Family Destinations is now able to provide employees across its organization with instant access to valuable business performance analytics in real time. 

With ProfitSage’s ability to seamlessly integrate with the disparate performance data-generating systems at each of the company’s properties, Cote Family Destinations can now sidestep cumbersome and time-consuming processes related to the creation of spreadsheets and complex formulas when attempting to forecast and determine upcoming business needs. Saba Rock Resort Selects Agilysys PMS and POS Solutions
Saba Rock Resort in the British Virgin Islands has selected a suite of Agilysys SaaS solutions, including Agilysys Stay PMS, rGuest Book online booking engine and InfoGenesis POS, to help improve the overall guest experience, increase revenue and enhance the resort’s operational efficiency.

Opening in early 2021, Saba Rock looked to Agilysys’ cloud-native SaaS PMS and POS solutions as part of its post-hurricane rebuilding process. Guests can use rGuest Book, a commission-free direct-channel online booking engine, to make reservations for the resort’s luxury accommodations as well as view room upgrades and add-on options. Agilysys Stay PMS will welcome guests at check-in, and with ready access to guest preferences, allow staff to connect on a personal level. InfoGenesis POS’ easy-to-use terminal and tablet touchscreen applications offer offline capabilities and will streamline the guest experience while optimizing F&B  operations.
