The INN at Meadowbrook adopts BeyondTV GuestCast
Hotel Internet Services (HIS) has implemented its BeyondTV GuestCast in-room entertainment solution at The INN at Meadowbrook in Prairie Village, KS. The independent boutique property is a new hotel near Kansas City, located in the Meadowbrook Park development.

By adopting BeyondTV GuestCast, The INN at Meadowbrook can now provide its guests with the hassle-free ability to cast from thousands of mobile-based compatible apps. From Netflix and Hulu to Amazon Prime, Disney+ and ESPN, guests can view their own content on guestroom television screens without having to enter in sensitive login information.

In addition to sidestepping the need for guests to share username and password details, BeyondTV GuestCast is also designed to provide hoteliers and their guests with device isolation capabilities. This feature importantly prevents cross-room communication and the inadvertent casting of content to televisions located in other guestrooms.

Viceroy Hotel & Resorts gives back to healthcare professionals
Viceroy Hotels & Resorts is extending and expanding its Contribution Without Compromise initiative, which gives 50% off rates to healthcare professionals. It will now be offered until Oct. 31 and is open to all healthcare professionals.

Aclaimant raises $15M in Series B financing
Aclaimant, an insight-driven workflow platform for safety and risk management, has raised $15 million in Series B equity and debt funding led by Next Coast Ventures.

This brings the company’s total funds raised to over $20 million. Adam Rogers, former CEO of Ultimate Software, and existing investors Mercury Fund, KEC Ventures, Royal Street Ventures and Aspen Capital Group also participated in the round.

The company will use the new funds to double down on product innovation, increase hiring across all departments, accelerate client acquisition and sales as well as marketing and partnership development. Aclaimant will continue to add key talent across the risk management spectrum to grow and expand its in-house subject matter expertise.

Amadeus expands hoteliers’ access to historical market insight
