Parable Hospitality launches

Parable Hospitality has launched as a new hotel management platform, positioning itself as an alternative to traditional hospitality management models. The company said it was designed to address owner demand for greater transparency, accountability and alignment amid rising operating costs, labor challenges, increased third-party distribution and rigid brand systems.

The platform combines hands-on executive leadership with commercial strategy, operational systems and reporting aimed at supporting long-term asset performance. Rather than applying a standardized operating model, the company said it organizes operations around the individual story, place and potential of each property, aligning operations, revenue, marketing, food and beverage, and guest experience.

At launch, Parable Hospitality oversees more than 30 independent, lifestyle, soft-branded and branded hotels across destinations in California and Hawaii. Expansion is underway into select markets in the Western U.S.

“Owners are asking for more visibility, more strategic partnership, and more meaningful commercial results,” said Scott Roby, president, Parable Hospitality, formerly president of Pacifica Hotels and previously co-founder/SVP, operations at Evolution Hospitality. “Parable Hospitality was built specifically to deliver that. The old model prioritizes scale; with our owner-operator foundation we prioritize performance, accountability and trust.”

The company is structured to function as an extension of ownership, pairing executive access with integrated commercial leadership and real-time reporting. The company has outlined seven core areas of focus including performance-based economics and transparency, integrated revenue, sales and marketing leadership, asset strategy and brand positioning support, digital and creative ecosystems, executive access, technology-based insights and enterprise risk management.

“Just as every hotel has a story, every team member does too,” said Alie Gaffan, SVP, people and culture, Parable Hospitality. “By attracting, developing and supporting the best talent in the industry, we create stronger cultures, better guest experiences and greater long-term returns for owners.”

According to the company, its people-first philosophy is intended to reinforce accountability, culture and performance across its portfolio.

“Our identity isn’t built through announcements, but through the combination of how we operate, who we partner with and the results we deliver,” Roby said. “We invite owners who believe in a smarter, more profitable and more meaningful future for their assets to join us in this next chapter.”
