Adam Marquis Promoted to President of Pacifica Hotels

Pacifica Hotels has promoted Adam Marquis to president. Marquis’ previous positions at Pacifica Hotels included VP and EVP. For nearly a decade, Marquis has led asset management, feasibility, brand relations, acquisitions, dispositions and strategic repositioning efforts.

As president, Marquis will continue to be responsible for investment, operations and development projects at Pacifica Hotels. Formerly, Marquis held a senior consultant position at PKF Consulting.

Mainsail Lodging & Development Appoints Brad Hayden as VP of Finance

Mainsail Lodging & Development has appointed Brad Hayden to VP of finance. Hayden will oversee the areas of finance, project accounting and hotel operational accounting, and work closely with Mainsail Lodging & Development’s senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify additional opportunities to grow the company’s core domestic businesses.

Hayden joins Mainsail Lodging & Development from Faena Hotels & Residences in Miami Beach, where he served as VP of finance for two years.

Wyndham Destinations Names EVP of Marketing for Wyndham Vacation Clubs

Wyndham Destinations has appointed Bill Schnepp to EVP of marketing for Wyndham Vacation Clubs, overseeing the marketing and strategic initiatives for the company’s vacation ownership business.

Schnepp’s 35 years of vacation ownership and hospitality expertise includes 20 years of prior service with Wyndham, where he held various senior-level positions in sales, marketing and operations. Most recently, Schnepp served as president of CFL Partners Inc., where he sourced capital funding and structured mergers, acquisitions, fee-based sales, marketing agreements and similar capital-efficient transactions.

Peter Tousignant Joins Fantini & Gorga as Senior Director

Fantini & Gorga has named Peter Tousignant as a senior director, where he will be responsible for originating, structuring and closing transactions across numerous property types. He has worked with several real estate development firms in Maine as well as with TD Bank.
