Donohoe Hospitality Services (DHS), a division of Donohoe, has appointed Nicole Brizan as VP, finance and accounting. In her new role, she will help lead the company’s corporate and property-level financial direction for its hotel portfolio.
“With more than 20 years of hospitality accounting experience, Nicole is the ideal candidate to lead the accounting team through continued expansion within DHS,” said Thomas Penny III, president, DHS. “Having worked with one of the most respected REITs in the hotel industry, she brings brand and owner insights that will immediately strengthen Donohoe. Brizan most recently served as director of hotel accounting and reporting at Host Hotels & Resorts. In this role, she oversaw hotel-level reporting, analysis and forecasting for complex assets. Prior to that, she held multiple financial positions with Marriott International, culminating in the role of manager of business support.
