Nehmer and HVS Design Refresh Brands

Jonathan Nehmer + Associates Inc., one of the hospitality industry’s leading architecture and project management firms, is refining its look and brand name to Nehmer. In addition, HVS Design, one of the hospitality industry’s leading interior design and branding firms, is revitalizing its look and brand, alongside Nehmer.

The Nehmer rebranding builds upon the foundation created from its 30-year history, while embracing the future as the firm continues to flourish and advance. The updated, sophisticated look reinforces the firm’s position in the industry and displays its dedication to quality and creativity.

HVS Design continues to expand and diversify its experience in the hospitality sector. Redefining the look and feel of the brand is a springboard to communicating its elevated experience and comprehensive services with its clients, both existing and new.

Nehmer’s CEO, Warren Feldman, said, “Over the past 30 years, our companies have grown and evolved immeasurably. To honor how far we have come, we have rebranded our name and refreshed our look.” Feldman’s Partner, Scott P. Rosenberg, president of Nehmer added, “What continues is our dedication to deliver personal service. We will always serve our clients with candid collaboration, tailored expertise and a fresh perspective.”

HVS Design is led by Principal Christine Shanahan, along with her partners Feldman and Rosenberg. Shanahan said, “We approach each project from a new point of view. The branding for HVS Design reflects our values of Harmony, Vision and Style. The stories we tell throughout our designs allow for people to connect and relate to our work on an intimate level, leaving a long-lasting memorable impact.”

The firms recently provided architecture, interior design and branding for the conversion of the Doubletree Hotel in King of Prussia, PA into a soft-branded Doubletree called the Alloy (pictured above). Other upcoming projects include the Yotel in Washington, DC (architecture and project management) and the Griffin Gate Marriott in Lexington, KY (architecture and interior design).

As part of the rebranding, both Nehmer and HVS Design have introduced new websites that showcase their staff and experience.
