myDigitalOffice expands executive leadership team

myDigitalOffice (MDO), a hotel performance management software provider, has appointed Scott Ryan as president. He most recently served as CRO at Wrike, where he helped scale and transform the go-to-market motion through a successful acquisition by Citrix Systems. He will leverage this experience to guide myDigitalOffice through its next phase of growth. Ali Moloo, MDO’s founder, will remain CEO of the company.

Ryan has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales and cross-functional leadership with a successful track record of building high-performance teams, penetrating challenging new markets and delivering revenue growth. Prior to his role at Wrike, he held executive positions at Workiva and IBM, where he led large sales, professional services and customer success teams.

In addition, MDO added several other senior executives, including Andrea DiMarco as CFO; Bill Carney as CMO; Niki Stone as VP, product; Adam Whaley as VP, customer operations; Chuck Jones as VP, sales; and Liz Penning as director, people & culture.

DiMarco is responsible for driving a more process-oriented, data-driven culture. Carney will use his technology background in integrations, business intelligence and security to help tell its customer use cases, increasing community collaboration and understanding of its platform. Stone will continue working on product development and map its product vision with its customers. Whaley will focus on customer success, streamline workflows and management. Jones will use his hotel operations experience to help customers leverage the MDO platform. Penning will create a supportive environment for the company’s employees.
